Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Consultant in India to lead and support Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations and enhancements. The role emphasizes strong procurement domain knowledge, requirements gathering, and solution design across procurement processes.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, managing requisitions and POs, supplier management, sourcing, and testing, with collaboration across Financials, Inventory, and SCM modules.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations, support, and enhancements.
• Strong functional expertise in procurement processes, business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Procurement Cloud modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure procurement workflows, approval rules, document styles, and purchasing setups.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, sourcing, and receiving.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, conversions, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and support post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional Oracle Cloud modules such as Financials, Inventory, and SCM.
