Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our Digital Loan team in Mumbai. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Loan Management System, focusing on robust database solutions and performance optimization.

You will work with business analysts and QA to deliver features end-to-end, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development for loan management or financial applications.
• Strong relational DB concepts, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with ERwin, Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler and version control (Azure DevOps, Git, SVN).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for complex issues.
• Proven IT Project Management experience delivering complex IT projects.
• Experience in API integration and partner-hosted websites.
• IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Management.
• DevOps, CDCI Integration and Release Management.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and AI trends.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and development of database solutions for the Loan Management System, leveraging Oracle PL/SQL and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements and define technical specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Architect and implement database schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support loan origination, servicing, and collections processes.
• Optimize database performance and scalability by tuning SQL queries, indexing strategies, and database configurations.
• Design and implement data validation and quality control mechanisms to identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests.
• Work closely with system administrators, infrastructure teams, and support teams to deploy database changes and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in database development and loan management systems, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team and lead the development efforts for our Loan Management System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle database development, with a strong focus on PL/SQL programming and expertise in building and maintaining complex loan management systems. As the lead developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of database solutions to support our loan processing operations.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
