vueverse seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join the India delivery team. You will work on Oracle HCM Cloud, core HR, Payroll and Absence modules, building BI Publisher and OTBI reports, dashboards and data migration processes.

You will design payroll flows, implement Fast Formulas, perform HDL data loads and HCM Extracts, and troubleshoot complex business requirements with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules (mandatory).
• Experience with Payroll Flows and Fast Formulas.
• Hands-on experience in HDL data loads and HCM Extracts.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.

• Configure and support payroll flows and develop Fast Formulas.
• Analyze business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules (mandatory).
• Strong experience with Payroll Flows and Fast Formulas.
• Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, and Dashboards.
• Experience with HDL data loads and HCM Extracts.
