Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect with 7-10 years of IT experience to design, architect, and deliver scalable integration solutions using OIC, OCI, and Fusion Integrations. The role requires strong leadership across projects and hands-on implementation skills for cloud and hybrid environments.

You will lead technical design discussions, mentor teams, and ensure governance across projects, focusing on REST/SOAP, ERP/HCM Cloud integrations, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Define integration architecture, integration strategy, and best practices for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead technical design discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and review integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP, File, ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, and Database adapters.
• Design robust error handling, fault management, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
• Support deployment planning, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Drive integration security, authentication, SSO, and API management initiatives.
• Work closely with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), VBCS, ATP Database, and other Oracle PaaS services when required.
