Job summary

Zorba Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 3. The role focuses on integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and other systems.

You will lead technical efforts across integration projects, work with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC adapters, and develop workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of OIC / Oracle Integration experience.
• Experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI.
• Hands-on with OIC adapters and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Ability to provide technical leadership across integration projects.
• Troubleshooting, monitoring, and fault management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integrations using OIC Gen 3.
• Develop integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and other apps.
• Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs for inbound/outbound integrations.
• Implement Oracle ERP Cloud integrations using REST, SOAP, and FBDI data imports.
• Design scalable inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud and external apps.
• Extract ERP Cloud data using BI Publisher, OTBI Reports/Analyses for integrations and reporting.
• Work with OIC patterns, orchestration, mappings, transformations, error handling, monitoring.
• Configure and utilize OIC adapters based on requirements.
• Develop apps/workflows using VBCS and Process Builder.
• Translate business requirements into technical design docs and specs.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for ERP Cloud integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data/API issues, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires strong technical expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle ERP Cloud integrations, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, OIC adapters, VBCS, and Process Builder, along with the ability to provide technical leadership across integration projects

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 3
• Develop integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise/third-party applications
• Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs for inbound and outbound integrations
• Develop integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and FBDI-based data imports
• Design and implement scalable inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud and external applications
• Extract Oracle ERP Cloud data using BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and OTBI Analyses for integration and reporting requirements
• Work extensively with OIC integration patterns, orchestration, mappings, transformations, error handling, monitoring, and fault management
• Configure and utilize various OIC adapters based on integration requirements
• Develop custom applications and business workflows using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Builder
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical design documents and integration specifications
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership for the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP Cloud integrations
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, API errors, and production incidents
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions

• Ability to independently understand requirements, design integration solutions, develop interfaces, perform testing, and support production deployments
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills
