HypTechie is seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion HFM Product Manager in Bengaluru. The role leads strategy, roadmap and delivery for enterprise financial consolidation and reporting solutions, requiring deep HFM expertise, finance domain knowledge and strong stakeholder management.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Reporting and Technology teams to define priorities, write user stories, and drive complex enterprise initiatives in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience with Oracle HFM expertise.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion HFM.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise financial consolidation and reporting solutions. The role requires a strong combination of Oracle HFM expertise, Finance domain knowledge, product management and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle for Oracle HFM and related financial consolidation solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Audit and Technology teams to define priorities and business outcomes.
• Translate finance and regulatory requirements into product capabilities, user stories and delivery plans.
• Lead HFM enhancement, modernization, upgrade, integration and transformation initiatives.
• Manage prioritization by balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational risk and compliance.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and senior leadership.
• Ensure HFM solutions meet scalability, governance, control and financial reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate complex enterprise initiatives.
• Support Agile delivery and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.

Required Experience

• 7–11 years of relevant experience with strong Oracle HFM expertise.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Hyperion HFM.
• Hands-on knowledge of:

  • Multi-GAAP / IFRS Reporting
  • Statutory & Management Reporting
• Strong understanding of HFM architecture, metadata, rules, calculations, consolidations and integrations.
• Proven experience in product roadmap management and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively bridge business and technology requirements.
• Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.
