As an Oracle HCM Functional - Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration. Within our Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to elevate. Your role involves crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validating outcomes with clients. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 20+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
