Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Hyderabad seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant (Finance) with 8+ years of experience to lead end-to-end financial implementations and support. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least 5 Oracle Financial modules including GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Tax, Lease Accounting, and related setups.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials / R2R Solution Architect with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Financial applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EBS, along with strong solution design and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Financial modules including GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Tax, FAH, and Lease Accounting.
• Lead solution design and implementation activities for Oracle Fusion Financials and R2R processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Design business processes, workflows, functional specifications, and technical solutions.
• Identify process gaps and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Provide functional and technical inputs for integrations, specifications, and business processes.
• Support post-production issues and provide solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Work with Multi-Org, MOAC, Multiple Reporting Currencies (MRC), Global Consolidation, and Flexfield configurations.
• Perform GL balance conversion, translation, and revaluation processes.
• Ensure reconciliation of sub-ledgers with General Ledger.
• Work with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Accounting Setup Manager.
• Support Oracle system administration activities including responsibilities, users, request groups, profile options, and concurrent programs.
• Develop and support OTBI and BI Publisher reports and templates.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Lead solution discussions, presentations, and implementation activities.
• Ensure solutions are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle EBS.
• Excellent knowledge of R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
• Hands-on experience in at least 5 Oracle Financial modules, including:
  • General Ledger
  • Fixed Assets
  • FAH
  • Project Accounting
  • Intercompany
  • Tax
  • Lease Accounting
• Strong Oracle Financials configuration experience.
• Experience in Oracle R2R implementations and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SLA, MOAC, Multi-Org, MRC, Global Consolidation, and Flexfields.
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Good understanding of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, Web Services, Java, and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of OCI and Oracle Fusion integrations.
• Experience with API lifecycle management, adapters, and data mapping.
• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud data and application integrations.
• Knowledge of DBA and OS support in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Exposure to Python and Agile methodologies is desirable.
