Job summary

Clover Infotech in Chennai is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PLM Consultant to support design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion PLM solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT to ensure product data, change management, and compliance processes are efficiently managed across the product lifecycle.

Good to have hands-on experience in PTC Creo and GoSaaS to support product data management, CADPLM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle Fusion PLM (Cloud PLM) experience.
• Strong PLM knowledge: product structures, BOMs, lifecycle management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, esp. SCM/ERP.
• REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion PLM modules including Product Information Management, Product Development, Change Management, and Quality Management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions in Oracle Fusion PLM.
• Configure product structures, items, BOMs, lifecycle phases, approvals, and workflows.
• Support ECO/ECN, change orders, and product versioning processes.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion PLM with ERP, CAD systems, and third-party applications.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Manage Creo-Oracle Fusion PLM integration using GoSaaS.
• Configure and maintain CAD structures, BOMs, and metadata synchronization.
• Ensure data governance, security roles, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional to support the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion PLM solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT to ensure product data, change management, and compliance processes are efficiently managed across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion PLM modules including:
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Product Development
• Change Management
• Quality Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle Fusion PLM.
• Configure product structures, items, BOMs, lifecycle phases, approvals, and workflows.
• Support ECO/ECN, change orders, and product versioning processes.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion PLM with:
• Oracle Fusion ERP (SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement)
• CAD systems and third-party applications
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
• Manage and support CreoOracle Fusion PLM integration using GoSaaS.
• Configure and maintain CAD structures, BOMs, part attributes, and metadata synchronization.
• Ensure accurate transfer of CAD BOMs to PLM and downstream ERP/SCM systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure data governance, security roles, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion PLM (Cloud PLM).
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts: product structures, BOMs, change management, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, especially SCM or ERP modules.
• Knowledge of item master, product data modeling, and approvals/workflows.
• Experience in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion PLM or SCM Cloud certification.
• Experience with manufacturing or engineering-driven industries.
• Exposure to Agile PLM or migration from legacy PLM systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, OTBI, or BI Publisher reporting.
• Experience in global implementations and multi-org environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
