About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware professional to provide technical leadership and end-to-end operational ownership of business-critical Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms.

The role focuses on Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA), including workloads deployed on Kubernetes using WebLogic Kubernetes Operator.

You will play a key role in platform availability, reliability, performance, resilience, security and operational readiness, while supporting integrations with telecom BSS/OSS platforms including Siebel CRM, Oracle OSM and Oracle BRM.

The role combines advanced L3/L4 technical operations with service ownership, major incident recovery, problem management, service transition, Dynatrace-led observability, automation, capacity and performance management, security patching, SRE practices and continual service improvement.

What you’ll do

• Own the operational health, availability, performance and resilience of Oracle WebLogic, OSB, SOA Suite and AIA platforms. Operate and troubleshoot containerised WebLogic and FMW workloads running on Kubernetes. Manage WebLogic Kubernetes Operator configurations and domain lifecycle. Troubleshoot Pods, Services, StatefulSets, Deployments, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, persistent volumes and persistent volume claims. r and troubleshoot OSB proxy services, business services, pipelines and transport configurations. Support AIA integrations, transformations and Enterprise Business Services. Conduct JVM heap, garbage collection, thread, JDBC and JMS performance tuning. Use Dynatrace as a primary APM and observability platform across Kubernetes, WebLogic, JVM and associated infrastructure. Lead technical recovery for P1/P2 major incidents and coordinate troubleshooting across application, Kubernetes, infrastructure, database, network and vendor teams. Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions through structured problem management. Plan, test and implement Oracle CPU/PSU and FMW/WebLogic security patching. Maintain SSL/TLS certificates, keystores and truststores and support vulnerability remediation and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot SOAP, REST and JMS integrations across Siebel CRM, OSB/SOA/AIA, OSM and BRM.
• Automate health checks, deployment validation, housekeeping and recovery using WLST, Shell/Bash, Python and Ansible. Use kubectl and Helm to automate and manage Kubernetes activities. Apply SRE practices to improve reliability, observability and operational automation while reducing repetitive manual activities. Lead technical due diligence, knowledge transfer, shadow/reverse-shadow activities and transition into BAU operations.

Who you are

You bring strong hands-on experience in enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware operations and are comfortable leading the technical resolution of complex, business-critical platform and integration issues.

• Dynatrace, JVM and WebLogic performance tuning JMS and JDBC, Linux/Unix, WLST, Shell/Bash, SQL/PL-SQL, SOAP and REST, SSL/TLS, kubectl and Helm,SRE
• OpenTelemetry/ Docker/OCI/ Jenkins, GitLab or ArgoCD/ Ansible OCI, AWS or Azure/ITIL, Site Reliability Engineering practices

You can work effectively across multidisciplinary technical teams, investigate complex middleware and integration issues and turn operational insights into sustainable improvements.
