Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP is seeking an Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead and execute Oracle SCM Manufacturing implementations in the Indian market.

The role requires deep knowledge of discrete manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality) and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Discrete manufacturing modules: BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality.
• B.Tech. + 8+ years experience.
• Minimum 2 implementations in India for Oracle Fusion ERP, discrete manufacturing as listed.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module.
• Define manufacturing parameters, BOMs, routings, work definitions, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze existing processes and identify gaps for improvements using Oracle SCM Manufacturing capabilities.
• Customize Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module to meet business requirements with reports, UI, and workflows.
• Coordinate with technical teams to integrate with ERP, PLM, and MES for seamless data flow.
• Develop test plans, support UAT, and ensure accuracy and reliability of the solution.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for users.

Discrete manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality) B.Tech. 8+ years experience. Minimum 2 implementation in domestic (India) market in Oracle Fusion ERP package - discrete manufacturing modules as listed. Must have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including setting up manufacturing organizations, defining manufacturing parameters, creating bill of materials (BOM), routings, work definitions, and production schedules.
2. 2. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to analyze their existing manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle SCM Manufacturing capabilities.
3. 3. System Customization: Customize Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module to meet specific business requirements, such as creating custom reports, user interfaces, and workflows.
4. 4. Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, PLM, and MES, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
5. 5. Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the implemented Oracle SCM Manufacturing solution.
6. 6. User Training and Support: Provide end-user training on Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module functionality, conduct workshops, and create user documentation. Additionally, offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, addressing system issues and providing guidance.
