Allegis Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion Application Support Engineer to join a remote team in India. The role requires 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and strong functional knowledge across Financials, GL and Procurement.

The engineer will handle application/production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution and user assistance, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the Fusion suite.

Qualifikationen

Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Application Support Engineer with 34 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and strong functional/support knowledge across Financials, General Ledger (GL), and Procurement modules.

The role involves application/production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, user support, and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Support Oracle Fusion Financials, General Ledger (GL), and Procurement modules.
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues.
• Handle incidents, problems, requests, and escalations in an ITIL/ITSM environment.
• Work directly with business users to understand and resolve functional/application issues.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and support teams for complex issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and training to users on Oracle Fusion functionality.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, known issues, and support activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and better utilization of Oracle Fusion functionality.
