Job summary

Syneos Health Clinical seeks an Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Technical Developer in Gurugram to design, develop, and support ERP integrations and reporting solutions. You will work with BIP, OTBI, FDI, OIC, and data loading frameworks to implement robust, scalable cloud-based financial and operations solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, strong SQL, REST/SOAP, and security RBAC knowledge, with a focus on delivering reliable production support and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Strong experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and FDI.
• Proficient with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and data loading frameworks (FBDI/HDL/BICC).
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security concepts and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses.
• Develop Fusion Data Intelligence dashboards and datasets.
• Build and support integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Manage automated data loads with FBDI, HDL, and BICC.
• Troubleshoot production issues in reports, interfaces, and jobs.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents and interface specs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements.
• Support Oracle Fusion security and governance practices.
• Adopt Oracle technologies, including AI capabilities.

Because we know that when we bring together smart colleagues from across the world, we can shape the future of healthcare, driving impact for customers and defining the pace of patient progress.Job ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports , data models, templates, bursting solutions, and scheduled processes.Develop and support OTBI analyses, dashboards, and self-service reporting solutions .Design, develop, and maintain Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) dashboards, datasets, and analytics solutions.Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, file-based integrations, and middleware technologies .Build and maintain automated data loads and interfaces utilizing FBDI, HDL, BICC, and other Oracle integration frameworks .Analyze Oracle Fusion data structures and leverage SQL and reporting tools to support business reporting and troubleshooting requirements.Configure and support Oracle Fusion extensions and customizations, including Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Redwood UI components, and Application Composer , where applicable.Support Oracle Fusion security, roles, privileges, and data access controls.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving reports, integrations, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and data processing.Participate in technical design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs), interface specifications, support documentation, and knowledge articles .Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.Adhere to enterprise standards for development, security, documentation, and change management.Support adoption of emerging Oracle technologies, including Oracle AI Agent Studio and AI-powered capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud .Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.5+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, including hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP .Strong experience developing and supporting:Oracle Fusion ERPBI Publisher (BIP)OTBIFusion Data Intelligence (FDI)Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)REST and SOAP APIsFBDI, HDL, and BICCSQL and data analysisXML, XSD, JSON, and web servicesStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures, reporting architecture, and integration frameworks.Experience with integration monitoring, error handling, reconciliation, and production support.Familiarity with Git-based source control and deployment practices.Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion security concepts, role-based access controls (RBAC), and governance practices.Get to know Syneos HealthOver the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.No matter what your role is, you’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
