Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services invites experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals for a full-time role in Pan India. The position is office-based and requires hands-on Cloud HCM functional expertise.

You will contribute to end-to-end payroll/benefits implementations and collaborate with a functional team. Applicants should have 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, strong knowledge of HR data structures, and the ability to load and validate HCM data using HDL, with a focus on delivering scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
• Experience in at least one Oracle Fusion module.
• Knowledge of payroll concepts, elements, and US taxation.
• Experience creating Fast Formulas and using Fusion Reporting tools (BIP/OTBI).
• Experience with HDL and data loading processes.
• Understanding Core HCM concepts (Person, Assignment, Talent, Workforce structures).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load HDL files in coordination with the functional team.
• Investigate and resolve HDL import/load errors.
• Provide technical validation before data loading according to data object definitions.
• Support end-to-end payroll/benefits implementations across modules.

Job description

TCS is hiring full time employee for Oracle fusion HCM functional or techno functional candidates.

Location: Pan India.

Work mode: Work from office.

Must skills: Oracle fusion/cloud functional consultant, end 2 end implementation on module Payroll Or Benefits, OR ORC OR OLC OR OTL.

JD for Oracle fusion HCM functional

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion any one above module.
• Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
• Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
• Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
• Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
• Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
• Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
• Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
