Position Requirements
Working as part of a team of consultants, the primary role will be to implement Oracle Fusion Applications across a wide range of modules and client‑specific customisations. Responsibilities include documenting and managing business process flow charts, performing hands‑on functional and configuration support to implement ERP modules, building and maintaining configuration guides, functional specification documents, user training manuals, building and executing test scripts, resolving issues identified during testing cycles, providing support during post‑implementation hyper‑care, and maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, customers, onshore counterparts, and business users. The role requires SR coordination with Oracle and DEV teams and flexibility to support different US time zones to provide effective overlap.

- Ability to perform configuration based on client requirements.
- Clear understanding of gaps between Oracle product features and client requirements.
- Experience in writing Functional Specifications, coordinating with client business leads, performing unit and end‑to‑end testing.
- Good communication skills – ability to understand requirements and explain points of view with cohesiveness, clarity and confidence.
Good to have skills:
- Experience driving workshops related to requirements analysis and design.
- Experience coordinating with third‑party vendors to test integrations.
- Support pre‑sales/sales functions by responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Conduct client demo on Oracle modules.
