Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Oracle Finance Functional Manager to guide client engagements across our Oracle Core ERP practice. You will lead teams, manage accounts, and drive finance transformation initiatives, focusing on Oracle Financials and Hyperion solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure project success, and uphold high delivery standards while leveraging a collaborative, technology-forward culture across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/ERP implementations.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Experience leading Oracle Finance projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle Finance functional consulting projects and managing client expectations.
• Guiding teams in implementing Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions.
• Utilizing expertise in financial accounting and reporting standards to enhance client financial processes.
• Developing and executing finance transformation strategies to improve business performance.
• Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address financial challenges.
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in finance transformation.
• Confirming compliance with regulatory authority requirements within financial systems.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills in Oracle Finance solutions.

As an Oracle Finance Functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle Finance to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, driving efficiency and innovation in their financial operations. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
• Utilizing analytical thinking for finance process improvements
• Managing financial budgeting and forecasting with strategic questioning
