As an Oracle FDI - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in Oracle Data and Analytics. You will utilize Oracle's suite of tools to transform data into actionable insights, supporting clients in optimizing their operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgement to navigate challenges and communicate effectively.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP. You will be responsible for crafting and conveying impactful messages, applying systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients. Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle data and analytics solutions to optimize client operations
• Utilizing Oracle tools such as Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator for data collection, cleansing, and transformation
• Developing data models and visualizations to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision‑making
• Managing complex data analysis projects, confirming data quality and security throughout the process
• Coaching and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in data‑driven consulting and Oracle technologies
• Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes, share perspectives, and incorporate feedback into project strategies
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
• Directing teams through challenging situations, maintaining composure and focus on achieving project goals
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
• Modeling professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 14 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Understanding of Fusion Data Intelligence, FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
• Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for data insights
• Utilizing Oracle Data Integration and Oracle Golden Gate for seamless data flow
• Demonstrating proficiency in complex data analysis and data visualization
