Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking an Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong FCCS and Narrative Reporting expertise. You will bridge finance requirements with Oracle EPM implementations, working closely with Finance and IT teams.

The role involves consolidations, close management, and reporting design, plus experience with data integration, automation, and end-to-end project delivery across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Oracle EPM experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Oracle FCCS experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of Narrative Reporting experience.
• End-to-end implementation and support project experience.
• Experience liaising with CFO, Finance Controllers, and Business Users.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with Finance, Accounting, and Business stakeholders.
• Design and implement FCCS-based consolidation, close management, and reporting.
• Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manage Chart of Accounts, entity structures, ownership management, and close processes.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, UAT support, and end-user training.
• Configure FCCS dimensions, metadata, hierarchies, security, and business rules.
• Develop Calculation Manager rules, forms, dashboards, and data integration processes.
• Design and build Narrative Reporting packages, doclets, books, and management reports.
• Configure Data Exchange / Data Management and ERP integrations.
• Develop EPM Automate scripts for automation and migrations.
• Data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support migrations across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Create functional and technical design documentation.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) and Narrative Reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional finance knowledge and technical Oracle EPM implementation experience, enabling them to bridge business requirements with system solutions.

Functional Responsibilities

• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement financial consolidation, close management, and reporting solutions using Oracle FCCS.
• Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manage Chart of Accounts, entity structures, ownership management, and close processes.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, UAT support, and end-user training.

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure FCCS applications including dimensions, metadata, hierarchies, security, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Calculation Manager rules, forms, dashboards, and data integration processes.

• Configure Data Exchange/Data Management and integration with ERP source systems.
• Develop EPM Automate scripts for process automation and environment migrations.

• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ARCS, EDMCS, Planning/PBCS, FreeForm.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Oracle EBS, or other ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and automation frameworks.
• Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications preferred.
• CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
