Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a skilled IT analyst to support Oracle ERP Procure to Pay across Purchasing, iProcurement and iSupplier. You will handle complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve tickets within SLAs.

The role requires 4–6 years of Oracle ERP experience, strong SQL/PL SQL capability, and a solid understanding of GL/FA/PA and data models. You will also contribute to design docs, training materials, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite and related modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, and AP.
• Experience with production support, SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Oracle ERP P2P processes and resolve complex issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and prepare functional specifications/design documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and Oracle Support for bugs and fixes; support UAT and production migration.

Job description

The candidate will execute a wide range of production support activities within Citi’s Third-party Source to Pay technology / Supply Chain functions, both quantitative and qualitative in nature to support Citi’s Procure to Pay application landscape.

• Experience with Oracle ERP Applications across implementation, support and enhancement type of projects.
• Production support functional query handling for complex production issues, work with cross functional teams to progress/resolve on a timely basis, ensure adherence of SLAs.
• Experience in Oracle P2P modules, Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, ECC and Accounts payable.
• Exposure to Oracle workflows, customization and solutioning approaches
• Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues Partners with business to understand their requirement needs. Prepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed. Ensure procedural documents are up-to-date. Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Work on complex production support queries and provide timely resolution for tickets, both Incidents and Requests
• Prepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed.
• Work with oracle Support for any product related bugs/data fixes through Oracle Service Requests and ensure timely progress and delivery of solutions.
• Should be able to provide guidance for vendor support team
• Should have good understanding of ITIL Support process, Oracle financial applications
• Work on enhancements/change requests as part of legal & regulatory requirements
• Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues and production migration support
• Provide analytical support by writing complex queries.
• Maintain positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders. Partners with business clients to understand their requirement needs.
• Schedule meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge on Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.3 or higher, Purchasing, iProcurement, AP, iSupplier, Supplier Maintenance
• Good knowledge on GL, FA, PA,
• Good knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries
• Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
• Hands on experience in Oracle debugging techniques, excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience of using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in Oracle ERP domain.
• Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role requiring strong organizational skills and business judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.
• Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, strong leadership skills, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management.
