Job summary

SMC Squared India is seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Analyst in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), excellent PL/SQL development skills, and experience supporting enterprise-wide master data initiatives. Key responsibilities include SQL performance tuning and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Ideal candidates may also have exposure to Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ).

The ideal candidate will bring a techno‑functional mindset, strong PL/SQL development skills, and experience supporting enterprise‑wide master data initiatives. Strong in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH).

Experience in enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) will be considered a strong advantage.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)
• Solid PL/SQL development skills with experience in complex data processing
• Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH)
• Perform SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and analysis using AWR and tkprof
• Support integrations and data interfaces between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long‑term fixes
• Experience working in techno‑functional roles involving both development and business interaction

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)
• Understanding of MDM concepts such as golden record, data governance, data stewardship, and deduplication
• Prior experience in large‑scale MDM or data transformation programs
• Knowledge of Oracle integrations (APIs, interfaces, SOA/OIC is a plus)
