Qualifications

Responsibilities

• DevOps Support: Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor system performance.
• Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, ensuring SLAs are met.
• System Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CPQ with ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and deployment processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize CPQ processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Knowledge & Experience in CPQ areas like : BML scripts, Pricing rules and formulas, Configuration models, Approval workflows
