Job summary

Lapiz is seeking an experienced Oracle developer consultant in Chennai to support Oracle database, PL/SQL and ERP customization projects. The role focuses on backend development, reporting and ERP improvements within defined timelines.

The position is office-based in Chennai for an initial 3-6 month engagement with immediate joiners preferred, offering exposure to ERP customization, forms, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Experience working with ERP-based applications.
• Experience in ERP customization, reporting, and backend development.
• Ability to independently deliver enhancements within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Oracle database objects (tables, views, packages, procedures ,functions, and triggers).
• Customize and maintain Oracle Forms.
• Implement audit trail functionality for ERP transactions.
• Develop custom data-entry, enquiry, and reporting screens.
• Create SQL and PL/SQL programs for business reports and MIS requirements.
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance.
• Analyze business requirements and implement ERP customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Forms and database-related issues.
• Coordinate with business users to deliver enhancements within the project timeline.
