Job summary

Softenger in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases on Exadata infrastructure.

You will lead a team of DBAs to ensure high availability, performance, and security, and collaborate with development teams to resolve complex data issues and plan migrations. You will also drive best practices and audits to strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• 8–16 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) role with expertise in Exadata architecture.
• Strong knowledge of patching procedures for Oracle RAC environments.
• Experience with Dataguard replication technology for disaster recovery purposes.
• Proven track record in leading teams of DBAs in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
