Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Core DBA to manage and support mission‑critical database environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and high availability solutions, along with hands‑on experience in upgrades and migrations to latest Oracle versions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Oracle databases in a 24x7 production environment
• Perform advanced performance tuning and query optimization
• Design and manage partitioning strategies for large datasets
• Configure and maintain Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard (DG), and Active Data Guard (ADG)
• Execute database upgrades and migrations to Oracle 19c, 23AI, and 26AI
• Monitor database environments using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• Implement and manage Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) for database security
• Perform backup and recovery operations, ensuring data integrity and availability
• Configure and support Oracle GoldenGate for replication and data integration
• Troubleshoot database issues and ensure high availability and performance
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for database optimization
