Job summary

Huron is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to contribute to managed services delivery for Oracle Cloud clients in Bengaluru. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical aspects, incident handling, and end‑to‑end data integration.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in OIC, FBDI, REST API, and SOAP Web Services, with strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach to ensure high-quality service and successful ERP deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with incidents and service requests in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience with FBDI, REST API, and SOAP Web Services for Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Designing and troubleshooting integrations using OIC and Oracle Autonomous Database, including bulk data flows.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests for Oracle Cloud ERP integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using OIC and FBDI; ensure end‑to‑end data flows.
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards with BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC.

POSITION SUMMARY

Position Overview:

The Managed Services Associate - Oracle Cloud Technical Associate will contribute to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients, addressing client concerns while ensuring exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical aspects and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:

• Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to the following areas
• Proficient in utilizing FBDI, REST API, and SOAP Web Services for Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong troubleshooting skills across various integration aspects.
• Expertise in designing and troubleshooting integrations using OIC and Oracle Autonomous Database, including building extensions (PaaS for SaaS) and bulk integrations. Must have experience with FBDI files for Oracle ERP Cloud, implementing end-to-end data flows, and strong error-handling mechanisms
• Application Integration Specialist: with extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Development (OIC), focusing on integrating Oracle Cloud ERP (inbound and outbound). Proficient in Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Premise to Cloud integrations, particularly in Financials, HCM, and SCM modules, as well as event-based integrations and online workflows.
• Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC.
• Ability to design complex reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.

Additionally, expertise in the following skills will be advantageous

• Knowledge of developing SaaS extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS) for Redwood pages, with hands-on experience in creating responsive web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in VBS to enable and customize Oracle Redwood pages
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong Understanding of Oracle modules and Fast Formulas.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Understanding of OCI security features and practices.
• Knowledge of OCI architecture and application deployment best practices.
• Skills in managing OCI services (compute, storage, networking, databases).

Managed Services Associates play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of managed services, helping clients optimize their ERP systems. The Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. Additional Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical services or similar roles.
• Good Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM modules with at least one certification (level 2 support).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
