Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks an experienced OCI and PaaS Admin to manage Fusion application instances and OCI resources. You will handle user lifecycle in Fusion ERP services, assign roles, and govern access for business users while coordinating patches with Oracle.

You will also manage OCI tenancy, configure VCNs, subnets, gateways, and network security, monitor ERP processes, and support training and data-migration environments with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing fusion application instances.
• User lifecycle management (Create, Modify, Delete) in Fusion ERP services.
• Role assignment in Fusion and access management for business users.
• Patching coordination with Oracle.
• Instance refresh (from Cloud Console) and post clone activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCI tenancy and object storage; implement OCI IAM and Zero Trust concepts.
• Configure and manage VCNs, subnets, DRGs, LPGs, and network gateways.
• Set up routing, NSGs, and VCN peering; manage site-to-site VPN and FastConnect.
• Monitor ERP environment refreshes and data migration readiness.
• Coordinate training, SIT, and UAT environments; provide production support.

Job description

• OCI and Paas Admin
• Hands-on experience managing fusion application instance
• Expertise in managing OCI Landing Zone and corresponding resources.
• Solid understanding of Fusion instances and environment refresh schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• SaaS Administrator:
• User Life cycle management (Create, Modify, Delete) in Oracle Fusion ERP services
• Role assignment in Fusion and managing access for business users
• Patching Cycle Co-Ordination with Oracle
• Instance Refresh (from Cloud Console) and Post Clone Activities
• Managing folders access for BIP report migration
• Monitoring, issue reporting, resolution tracking of Oracle Fusion ERP scheduled processes (e.g. ESS jobs) needed to operate the various business processes
• Monitor environment refreshes according to the ERP project implementation plan
• Coordinate on the preparation of training, SIT, UAT and data migration environments
• Access management for users in Training and UAT environments
• Production support on ERP user accounts, Identity Federation, API Authentication Providers configurations and Single-Sign On
• Ensure the migration of configuration and development objects from lower to controlled environments
• Service Request creation for Fusion SaaS issues and Co-ordinate with Oracle.
• Should have good understanding on RBAC and SOD.
• IaaS Administrator:
• Managing OCI Tenancy
• Good understanding of OCI object storage.
• Should be able to manage ATPs..

• Create Alarm, alart and manage audit.
• Check OCI cost utilization report and do optimization.
• Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnets, DRGs, LPGs, and network gateways (IGW, NGW, SGW).
• Configure routing, security lists, network security groups (NSGs), and VCN peering (local & remote).
• Manage site to site VPN, FastConnect, and hybrid network connectivity with on premises data centers.
• Implement load balancing (public, private) and troubleshooting L3/L4 traffic flows.
• Optimize network performance, resilience, and throughput across multi region architectures.
• Implement and manage OCI IAM, policies, dynamic groups, security zones, compartment strategies, and Zero Trust principles.
• Document network/security architectures, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Perform regular risk assessments, security reviews, and threat modeling.
