As an Oracle BRM Operations Professional supporting advanced telecommunications BSS infrastructure at Covalensedigital in Bangalore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of billing operations, production support, and revenue management workflows. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring end-to-end billing, invoicing, rating, and revenue management pipelines, handling incident management, executing root cause analysis (RCA) on production anomalies, and interfacing with core databases using SQL/PLSQL across Unix/Linux servers.
