Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle AI Developer Staff in India to design and deliver AI solutions. You will build ML models, apply LLMs and prompt engineering, and leverage vector databases to power real-world business outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, draft technical designs, and ensure robust deployment of POCs. You will work within EY Global Delivery Services, contributing to enablement and client service initiatives in a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of technical AI experience with at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
• Hands-on in building AI solutions using RAG and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and enterprise APIs to back AI solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

We are looking for an Oracle AI Technical Consultant with total experience of 1-2 years who can understand business requirement and other technical specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems
• Communicate with stakeholders to highlight challenges and contribute toward client deliverables
• Create engagement documentation such as Technical Design
• Identify and implement re-usable assets/components
• Identify root causes and provide necessary technical solutions and implementation
• Contribute to process review and improvement
• Deliver POCs and work with the team to ensure successful completion
• Implement best practices, following development life cycle process

Skills and attributes for success

• Programming skills in Python
• Knowledge of ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering)
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, open‑source models) and prompt engineering
• Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB, FAISS, etc.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Good to have at least one of the following Oracle AI skills related to Vector DB, Oracle AI database, Oracle Out of the box AI features
• Good to have Azure AI skills related to AI Foundry models and AI services
• Willing to learn and work on new technologies
• Experience working in a CMMI environment would be a plus
• Ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployment documents
• Multi-domain expertise and knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• AI certification is an added key advantage

What we look for

• Minimum 1-2+ years of technical experience with at least 1 End-to-End implementation experience in AI space
• Excellent AI technical skills with the ability to build and visualize the future solution pertaining to complex requirements
• Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB, FAISS, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with building AI solution using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and agentic frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Knowledge of enterprise-level frameworks pertaining to REST/SOAP APIs with backend applications such as ERP systems (Oracle)
• Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
• Awareness of Oracle AI features would be a plus
• Awareness of Oracle Cloud reporting and data conversion process would be a plus
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations
• Must be able to multi‑task and prioritize across concurrent workloads
• Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions, in highly escalated situations, with executives, support & customer personnel
