Job summary

Mindsprint in Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid) seeks an Optimization Specialist with 4–6 years of experience to design and implement mathematical optimization solutions across supply chain, procurement, logistics and production planning.

You will develop MILP/LP/IP models in Python, tune solvers with PuLP and Gurobi, and collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver production-ready optimization pipelines, including cloud deployment when required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Linear Programming, Integer Programming and MILP.
• Hands‑on experience with PuLP and Gurobi.
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization is preferred.
• Knowledge of Pyomo/OR-Tools is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL and Snowflake is desirable.

Job Title: Optimization Specialist (4–6 Years Experience)

Role Summary

Design and implement mathematical optimization solutions for complex supply chain, procurement, logistics, production planning and resource allocation problems.

Key Responsibilities
