Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking an Operations Manager in Bengaluru, India, to transform and scale delivery operations and embed AI into consulting processes. You will work with the India consulting head and COO to drive data-driven improvements that enhance delivery quality and growth.

The role focuses on translating leadership strategies into measurable goals, building scalable internal systems, and creating dashboards and scorecards for decision-makers at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-I or Tier-II institution with a strong academic track record.
• 7–14 years of relevant experience in consulting and delivery enablement in a global services environment.
• Proven success in driving strategic initiatives related to transformations or global scaling.
• Functional understanding of GenAI tools and its applications.
• Experience supporting cross-border teams (India/U.S.) in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with delivery models in life sciences, healthcare consulting, or analytics-driven organisations is preferred.
• Strong skills in defining, tracking, and interpreting performance metrics, dashboards, and operating scorecards.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, delivery teams, and support functions.

Purpose of job

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in transforming and driving operational levers to support growth, improve delivery quality, and enable Beghou’s goal to have an AI native workforce. This role will focus on converting business goals into trackable operations initiatives across pyramid optimization, AI enabled workforce transformation and organizational scaling.

Working closely with the India consulting head and the COO office, this individual will act as a cross-functional connector and problem-solver, shaping scalable internal systems that support Beghou’s long-term delivery, talent and growth strategy.

A key aspect of this role will be leading AI-driven workflow transformation across consulting teams by identifying opportunities to embed AI into consulting processes, redesigning workflows, measuring productivity improvements, and establishing frameworks to quantify business impact and ROI.

• Strategic Program Ownership
• • Design and implement operational levers to support delivery health, engagement quality, and India mix goals
  • Translate leadership strategies into measurable goals and metrics – strategies like India staffing mix and contribution growth, delivery efficiency optimization, utilization balance, and cross-market consistency in quality and role expectations
  • Support creation of dashboards, operational scorecards, and insights to drive decision‑making at partner/solution lead level
  • Delivery Quality and Engagement Oversight
    • Define and track KPIs related to project staffing, team engagement health and optimized models
    • Identify and solve for pain points such as orphan staffing, quality gaps, or under‑leveraged team members
    • Support feedback loop management and escalation paths for cross-location engagements
    • AI Workflow Transformation and Productivity Enablement
      • Enable mapping of end‑to‑end consulting delivery workflows across Behou’s solution areas and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and consistency through AI.
      • Design and implement AI‑enabled operating models that improve consultant productivity while maintaining delivery quality.
      • Map business maturity models to help drive GTM and value / pricing strategy with an AI enabled workforce
      • Lead measurement initiative: Define and monitor KPIs to measure AI adoption, workflow efficiency, productivity gains, quality improvements, and business impact.
      • Establish and run governance and change management processes to drive sustainable AI adoption across consulting teams.
      • Scaling India Operations
        • Drive initiatives to support India mix shift, including pyramid structuring, skill mapping, and succession planning
        • Analyze and inform staffing coverage models, pod‑level growth, and cross‑project capacity planning
        • Operational rhythm and process excellence
          • Manage operating rhythm for internal programs and org‑wide visibility for progress against strategic goals
          • Establish scalable reporting processes across delivery KPIs, hiring impact, team capability evolution, and coverage metrics
          • Maintain a central view of internal strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across India and U.S. delivery teams
