Position: MIS Executive

Department: EDP / Sales Operations

Reporting To: Management

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Location: Chembur

Role Objective

To manage Pan-India sales data, MIS reporting, incentive calculations, scheme analysis, and budgeting, ensuring accurate, timely, and decision-oriented reports for Sales, PMT, Finance, and Management. The role requires advanced Excel expertise and strong analytical skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Pan-India sales budgeting and data analysis
• Incentive management, calculation, and disbursement report generation (product-wise)
• Reward salary calculation and entitlement data analysis
• Annuity plan preparation for stockists calculation and entitlement (quarterly & annual)
• SRM report preparation for monthly managerial meetings
• Scheme analysis reports for PMT and Management to support decision-making
• Amazon analysis report product-wise and stage-wise
• Closing stock statement analysis, including breakage and leakage reports
• Bulk messaging to doctors related to event management and event PPT preparation
• Production plan report preparation in line with budget
• Sales Force Management (SFM) Doctor list updates and maintenance

Required Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce / IT / Computer Applications / Management (B.Com / BCA / B.Sc IT)
• Diploma or certification in Computer Applications / Data Analysis / MIS

Advanced MS Excel (Must-Have)

• Advanced formulas: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
• IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT, DATE functions
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Data validation & conditional formatting
• Large data handling and reconciliation
• Dashboard creation (sales, incentive, scheme, stock analysis)
• Excel-based report automation & accuracy checks
