Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in finance data and reporting, including KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Ability to translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams for requirements and insights.
• Experience building interactive BI reports with secure access controls (RLS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards with interactive visuals.

Job description

We are looking for a candidate with 3 - 5 years of experience and hands-on expertise in the following areas:

• Power BI – including report development, RLS, DAX, and interactive visualizations
• SQL – strong hands‑on experience in writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• Power Automate – to automate workflows and streamline reporting processes
• Finance Domain Experience – experience working with finance data and reporting, including financial KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other finance‑related analytics. Ability to understand finance business processes and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions is preferred.
• Stakeholder Management – ability to gather requirements, align with business objectives, and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Good Communication Skills – both verbal and written, especially for presenting insights and recommendations to business users and leadership.
