Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Diploma-qualified candidate with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in capsule filling and associated manufacturing steps. The role covers granulation, compression, coating, and primary/secondary packing operations on the production floor.

As an Executive - Junior Operator Production/Packing, you will join Cipla's manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across shifts while contributing to reliable drug production at scale.

Qualifications

Diploma holders with 1–5 years of experience in capsule filling and related manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
