Responsibilities

• Production Supervision: oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Workforce Management: supervise production teams, assign tasks, and ensure discipline.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor (Factory) to oversee daily factory operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high production standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manufacturing processes, workforce supervision, quality control, and compliance within the cosmetics or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision: Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Workforce Management: Supervise production teams, assign tasks, and ensure workplace discipline.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce downtime.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and other industry standards for quality and safety.

• Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor machinery operations and coordinate maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
