As an Operations Research Analyst at Kiana AI, you will apply advanced analytical and mathematical techniques to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop optimization models, and implement solutions that enhance our business processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative analysis and modeling to optimize business operations and decision-making processes.

Develop and implement optimization models, simulations, and algorithms to solve complex problems.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.

Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in operations research and analytical techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

Proven experience in operations research, optimization, and quantitative analysis.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.

Experience with optimization software and tools (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi).

Solid understanding of statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and simulation techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
