Responsibilities

  • Maintain and own project plans as the single source of truth for all meeting‑planning activities, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Lead structured kickoff calls (≥16 weeks prior to event start) to align stakeholders on scope, roles, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Conduct formal retrospectives within 14 days post‑event to capture lessons learned, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and escape risks (e.g., missed deadlines, resource constraints, execution gaps) to ensure timely visibility and mitigation.
  • Drive accountability by clearly mapping tasks, ownership, and expectations across all planning stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance project management capability through formal training, certifications, and applied learning aligned to business needs.

About this role

The Operations Program Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business transformation programs across the GRB. This role is responsible for leading cross functional projects, supporting the successful delivery of key GRB events, and managing the implementation of tools and technologies that enhance organizational effectiveness.

The individual will serve as a trusted partner to business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment of requirements, seamless execution of initiatives, and timely delivery of outcomes.

What you'll do
GRB Event Management & Execution
  • Maintain and own project plans as the single source of truth for all meeting‑planning activities, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions.

Technology Implementation & Business Transformation
  • Act as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring delivered capabilities align with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Manage the implementation, adoption, and ongoing governance of business tools and technology platforms, including coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Drive technology enabled process improvements by defining requirements, monitoring project milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful business outcomes.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in service, operations, or program management roles

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and complex details
  • Proven program management experience, including planning, tracking, risk management, and issue escalation in complex projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop high-quality analyses and compelling presentations
