Requirements

• Maximum Age: For Operations Manager, 40 years as on 01.07.2026. For Associate Manager, 37 years as on 01.07.2026.
• Basic pay range: For Operations Manager, Rs. 30000 – 50000 /-. For Associate Manager, Rs. 25000 - 45000/-.
• Gross Salary: For Operations Manager, Rs. 60330.00 (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale. For Associate Manager, Rs. 50275.00 (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
• Annual CTC: For Operations Manager Rs. 8.61 Lakhs (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale. For Operations Manager Rs. 7.22 Lakhs (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
• Qualification: Essential: B.Pharm or Graduation in Biomedical Sciences.
