Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows across departments. This role includes planning and monitoring production or service delivery schedules, managing resource allocation, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The Operations Manager will track key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. The individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams, supervise staff, resolve operational issues, and support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and resource coordination.
• Experience in supervising teams, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and fostering a supportive work environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for operational reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking, resource planning, and maintaining operational records.
• Ability to use data and metrics for decision-making, including basic knowledge of reporting, analysis, and performance tracking tools.
• Sound understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards relevant to industrial or manufacturing operations.
