Job summary

METNMAT Research & Innovations in Mumbai invites interns to support day-to-day operations, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain accurate records and MIS.

You will manage inventory, track stock, coordinate replenishment, process orders, assist procurement and logistics, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely task completion. This internship offers exposure to a private R&D environment delivering turnkey metallurgical and materials solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
• Handle inventory management, including stock tracking and record maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates.
• Maintain operational documents, reports, and MIS records.
• Support procurement and logistics coordination.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
