About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader in Bangalore to establish and run a high performance Oracle ERP L2/L3 support hub. This pivotal role will build a world class support factory that will become the central pillar of our global Oracle Cloud ERP operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end lifecycle of support services for Finance, PPM, HCM.
- Recruit and develop 25-50 FTEs by end 2026, building talent pipeline.
- Lead knowledge transition from incumbent partner, orchestrating phased takeover.
- Manage team performance, workload distribution, attrition, and absence.
- Build high performance culture anchored on accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
- Own Oracle ERP support: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management, system stability, reporting, dashboards.
- Define and implement ITIL aligned processes, automate workflows, monitor SLAs.
- Deliver data driven performance reports to senior leadership.
- Serve as primary global interface for IT leaders, business stakeholders, European partners.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Middleware, and Data & Infrastructure teams.
- Contribute strategically to the Global IT Applications group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
- 15+ years total experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing Oracle ERP support services.
- Experience building, scaling, and leading L2/L3 support teams of 20+ FTEs in a global delivery model.
- Deep hands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, PPM, HCM.
- Strong background in AMS or support factory models.
- Demonstrated experience in complex transitions or Build Operate Transfer projects.
- Experience collaborating with European stakeholders (ideally French) and navigating multicultural, matrixed environments.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification; Oracle Cloud certifications (Financials, HCM) are a plus.
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture.
- ITIL mastery: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management.
- Working knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, OIC), environment management, OTBI, BI Publisher.
- Proven KPI SLA management in support models.

- Recruit and stabilize the Bangalore L2 support team.

- Establish robust governance and continuous improvement culture.
