Job summary

KKR is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Leveraged Credit Operations Team based in Gurugram. This role supports the Insurance CLO operations, including asset maintenance, daily trade and cash reconciliation, and trustee oversight.

You will reconcile monthly CLO reports and manage Interest Payment Dates and Waterfalls, liaising with Dublin colleagues. The role operates under a 4-day in-office, 1-day flexible work arrangement, leveraging collaboration across local and global teams to drive accuracy

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of experience in similar roles and understands requirements for financial organizations.
• Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization
• Prior experience working with CLOs is essential
• Strong communication skills and email writing skills
• Knowledge of loans, bonds, revolvers, loan syndication and participation trades is preferred
• Ability to manage numerous requests and tasks on a daily basis and track / respond in a timely manner
• Systems/ Tools/ Applications knowledge: Advent Geneva preferred, Markit not essential, Allvue Everest preferable, Advanced Excel proficiency

TEAM OVERVIEW

KKR's Global Investment Operations team and specifically the CLO team, which supports the firm's day-to-day middle-office and back-office operations that drive business decisions and long-term success in KKR CLOs.

POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Leveraged Credit Operations Team based in the Gurugram office. This role will support the Insurance CLO (may cover EUR & US CLOs in the future) Operations team in, but not exclusively to, asset maintenance, daily trade and cash reconciliation, trustee oversight and Portfolio Management support. Considerable time in the role will also include reconciling monthly CLO reports to the trustees to ensure that such relevant data is up to date and correct before it gets released to investors. This will also include Interest Payment Dates and Waterfalls. The candidate will have a sub-team that they will be based within Gurugram but will also liaise on a daily basis with colleagues in Dublin in both junior and senior roles.

We are operating in a 4-day in office, 1-day flexible work arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 - 8 years of experience in similar roles and understands requirements for financial organizations

Stakeholder Management

• Interact with the team and the managers from global teams on a regular basis to understand their requirements, reporting needs and possible challenges
• Act as a point of escalation for all queries
• Manage Process Metrics, KPIs, other dashboards at regular frequency, as required
• Liaise closely with global counterparts to resolve all queries on a day-to-day basis
• Work with third-party agent banks and custodians
