Job summary

Qualification: Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering (Passed)

OPERATIONS
  • Ensuring cost efficient and high quality of service.
  • Timely escalation of unresolved concerns.
  • Tracking and submission of MIS & management reports.
  • Managing key performance attributes (Fuel efficiency, Cost of maintenance, Tyre utilisation, Breakdowns, accidents, EM calls, VB, SNR, Response Time, CFMS, etc).
MACHINE
  • Responsible for uptime of the ambulance and optimal performance of the ambulances.
  • Responsible for the statutory compliances / fuel utilisation / scheduled servicing / warranty claims as applicable.
  • Responsible for handling accident / break‑down resumption and prompt processing of the insurance claims.
  • Responsible for identifying and enhancing business relations with local vendors (Spare parts dealers, workshops, tyres & batteries supplying agencies, fuel filling stations and agencies).
  • Inventory management at district and ambulance level (Spares / Medical equipment / Medical consumables).
  • Reviewing the audit observations / NCs closure and NC closure report to Quality team.
  • Maintenance of imprest amount of ambulances / Prompt submission of bills related to fleet operations.
MAN
  • Preparing the duty roster, scheduling of resources, attendance, leave management and performance management at ambulances.
  • Responsible for generating and implementing monthly calendar for ambulance visits, inspections and record maintenance.
  • Disseminating the information, processes and policies to the field staff.
  • Responsible for coordinating & executing regular training modules for EMTS/Pilots (Internal/External).
  • Ensuring employee engagement and motivation activities.
  • Supporting HR team in recruitment / disciplinary issues / grievance redress / IR issues.
  • Ensuring partner relations with district officials and hospital authorities.
  • Ensuring media relations and event management (vehicle launching, awareness campaigns, beneficiary meet, etc).
  • Note: Apart from above mentioned tasks, Emergency Management Executive may be required to take up activities assigned by their reporting managers on need basis.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Should have effective communication, team building, negotiation and analytical skills, good reading and writing skills with fluency in English & Malayalam.
  • Willing to work anywhere in Kerala.
