Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of sales orders from receiving order till payment from customer.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Daily tracking on orders status.
• Ensure TAT of various order stages is met.
• Timely reporting and escalation to management.
• Handling sales order data in ERP.
