Job summary

Infosys is seeking an OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communications using OpenText Exstream. You will create templates, business rules, and multi-channel outputs aligned with business needs.

You will test, troubleshoot, support deployments, integrate Exstream with enterprise apps, and participate in Agile ceremonies while maintaining documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BE/ME/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc/MBA degrees as per education listed.
• 3–5 years of software development and cloud delivery experience with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
• Solid experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good SDLC understanding.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
• 3–5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
• Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

OpenText Exstream Development

Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels. Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business requirements.

Document Composition & Integration Design document templates, forms, and correspondence packages using Exstream tools. Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery. Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and workflow systems.

Testing & Support

Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements. Support deployments, release activities, and production migrations. Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.

Collaboration & Quality

Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions. Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices. Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Support AI-driven document automation, communication optimization, and platform integrations where relevant.
