Job summary
Envision Technology Solutions is seeking an OpenText Archive Server administrator to support the OpenText Archive Server landscape and related SAP data archiving integrations.

Responsibilities
- Support OpenText Archive Server administration for the landscape.
- Execute archive object setup and changes in SAP/OpenText Archive Server.
- Design archive server architectures including DR, HA, and multi-tier storage.
- Perform periodic reviews of archive objects and SAP table sizes.
- Monitor performance and run disaster recovery test cycles.

OpenText Archive Server
Support for OpenText Administration for entire landscape
ENV Refresh from Production to other ENV Dev Stage and Test OpenText Archive Centre
Experience in upgrade project and post upgrade activities is must
Experience with designing archive server architectures for various archiving scenarios including setting up disaster recovery mechanisms HA multitier storage cache server etc
Execute enterprise data archiving strategy by working with IT Support staff Business staff Legal Tax and IRM groups for structured and unstructured data
Thorough understanding of Archive Link interface and integration
SAP Data Archiving Integration of Content Management Systems CMS examples of which are OpenText SAP CMS
Conduct testing for both release cycles and disaster recovery test cycles
Setting up and management of file storage and support for archive configuration storage management
Perform periodic status review of archive objects and address open issues
Perform periodic SAP table size review to ID potential archive needs
Request and make configuration changes in SAP and OpenText Archive Server to meet archive object setup and changes
Support creation of a Data Archiving dashboard
Monitor System performance and implement correction notes as applicable
