Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications, with a strong focus on AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full-stack technologies, modern architecture patterns, and hands-on experience with event-driven systems and cloud platforms, while also demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Replit, GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to enhance engineering productivity.
• Architect and build microservices-based solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
• Develop and integrate real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka.
• Implement event-driven systems using Kafka
• Build Agentic AI solutions using AWS
• Develop data pipelines on Databricks
• Deliver Market Risk technology solutions Exposure to Snowflake
