Job summary

Tekskills Inc. invites applications for a Salesforce QA specialist based in India. You will work on Salesforce Testing projects, ensuring quality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing, strong knowledge of CRM processes, and experience with Selenium automation. You will collaborate in an Agile setting, contributing to SDLC/STLC activities and data migration testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Strong experience with Sales CRM processes.
• Proficient in SFDC Admin configurations (OLS/FLS, OWD, Standard/Custom Objects, Flows, Approvals, Queues, User Management, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permissions).
• Experience on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Agile testing and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with Salesforce data migrations.
• Experience testing integrations with third-party apps in Salesforce.
• Experience with Selenium automation.
