Job summary

Tekskills in Pune seeks an experienced technical leader to drive delivery across complex tech stacks. You will shape architecture and oversee development using CD/CI, TDD, and automated testing while optimizing data integration & throughput for high‑volume environments.

Key areas include microservices, UI dashboards, REST design, and Java/Spring ecosystems. Prior banking domain exposure and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of overall IT experience with at least five years in a Technical Lead / Development SME role.
• Direct experience mobilising and managing technology in a Global Investment Banking environment.
• CD/CI driven development with TDD and automated testing incl. non‑functional tests.
• Experience with high volume data integration and throughput requirements (profiling).
• Experience with microservice architecture and RESTful principles.

Job description

• Overall IT experience in the range 8-10 years with minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Lead / Development SME role
• Direct experience of mobilising and managing technology in a Global Investment Banking environment
• Demonstrable experience of Continuous Delivery software development methods, including TDD and automated testing (including non-functional performance testing).
• Experience of working on high volume data integration and throughput requirements (profiling)
• Experience of micro service architecture
• Knowledge of UI / Dashboards is advantageous.
• Experience of REST principles.
• A background of solid architectural work is advantageous.
• Technical Specifics:
  • ReactJS/NextJS, Angular2 or above, HTML5, CSS3, experience on Grid frameworks/libraries, experience on graph/chart frameworks/libraries
