Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Services Limited (BGSSL) is seeking a DRA-trained Assistant Manager for its Tele Collection BPO in Vadodara. The role focuses on new-hire training, inductions, and DRA certification guidance, with ongoing refresher trainings and upskilling programs.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in Tele Collection BPO, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong MS Office skills. Immediate joiner preferred; work mode is WFO at Vadodara location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire training and inductions.
• Provide DRA certification guidance to trainees.
• Lead refresher trainings and upskilling programmes.
• Prepare SOPs and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Offer coaching and floor support to agents.
• Counsel bottom performers and drive improvements.
• Prepare presentations and reports as per business needs.
