• Assist in deploying patches, enhancements, and configuration changes in coordination with development teams.
• Perform SQL-based checks and reconciliations to ensure root integrity.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident logs for audit and compliance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation.

About the Role
